Fine Throwback shave this morning. Clean&clear everywhere. No damage.It's evening now, and I can still smell the aftershave.

 

I want the original Old Spice music for a future alarm clock .

 

Hey Gary, I think I found a way to stay on here without buying a new computer. I killed my current internet program(it was time to do it), and "snuck" on here thanks to clicking on to one of the programs on the computer and was able to sign onto TSD. I've been here for a half-hour .

Another fabulous shave this morning with the King of Oud soap. The Thistle straight razor was next up in my rotation. Perfect timing as we welcome back Jeff,@jgreenepa, to the 30DC fold. at one time and Jeff’s straight razor collection. He had a beautiful Thistle razor. He frequently expressed the quality of the shaves he would receive from his razor. As a result of his positive affirmations, I went out and found my own Thistle razor. Jeff was not wrong. This is one fine razor.

I did my customary three pass shave with a luxurious lather from the soap whipped up by my boar brush. Once again I was rewarded with a super smooth and comfortable shave. I am looking and smelling good this morning.

Thanks, Joe! Ben returned my two Thistles. The steel on these razors really hold an edge. I’ll be shaving with mine in about another week. Have a brief ski vacation in Vermont starting this Saturday. My stepson and his girlfriend will be joining the bride and me in Stowe. I won’t be skiing and nether will SWMBO, but my 38 yr old stepson and his toots will. I don’t expect to be posting much and if I do it’ll be with a more limited kit.
