This Wilkinson blade is getting duller and duller but it’s still performing quite well against my tough stubble. The Glacial Spearmint soap and balm did a helluva number on me this morning - the beautiful scent filled the bathroom while I was lathering up and shaving, the menthol sensation was killer cold, and the postshave feeling was wonderful. The Frosted Spearmint aftershave has the identical lovely scent as Rod’s stuff and the menthol kick is insane. Another awesome three pass BBS shave that was such a pleasure!

Mickey Lee Soapworks Italian Stallion Aftershave Milk

A clean and comfortable shave. Those Israeli Personna Reds are such solid performers. Once, around a decade ago, I used only these IPRs and Merkur HD 34C for a month.
The Mickey Lee Italian Stallion Aftershave Milk features Orange Blossom Water and many other skin and Olfactory friendly ingredients. It was an excellent match for the Nordost Smoked Orange Shaving Soap.
The Rockwell 6S R-2 plate was a great shave. I have the whole set and enjoy using different ones. I like them all.

Lather: Nivea Men Originals Shave Cream+Wilkinson Sword Soap Bowl.
Razor: Parker 24C.- Voskhod Teflon Coated (D1)
Razor: Parker InjRzr. (Head/Dome)- Personna Injector PTFE. (D2)

Post:

I had to change the Wilkinson blade this morning because the old one became so dull that it was tugging quite a bit yesterday. The Rooi Afrikaner soap is lovely - the scent is herbal with soapy notes, its tallow formula gives it awesome lather with plenty of slickness, and it leaves a very soothing postshave feeling. The Lubriderm moisturizer works so well as a balm, and the Brut Oceans aftershave stings like hell for a couple of seconds but then it feels cool and very comfortable - the scent is wonderful and long lasting. The new Wilkinson blade helped me get a tip top three pass BBS shave that I enjoyed immensely!

The Tabac Shave Soap lathered well with Jayaruh #465 Synthetic Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Gem Damaskeene razor and the Personna Gem Stainless PTFE Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Humphrey's Witch Hazel and Tabac After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
