The Tabac Shave Soap lathered well with Jayaruh #463 Synthetic Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Gillette Sheraton TTO razor and the Gillette Silver Blue Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Humphrey's Witch Hazel and Tabac After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

As I said yesterday, I'll finish off the PAGES from Hub City Soaps., but don't plan on a re-order of it....Instead, I'll probably go back to their WEST TEXAS. Anyway, another great one today. The soap jumps right onto the brush with ease. Clean, clear all around. No "incidents of negativity"(always a good sign). 2 healthy passes. During the second, I had to be extra careful up at the northern tip of North Porcupine, but I succeeded. Super Duper Outstanding.

Although it’s -8 Celsius this morning I’m such a Menthol Monkey that I couldn’t resist using the Kameelperd’s Kick soap. This is a South African menthol atom bomb that’s glycerine based, it’s a pleasure to lather, I love its coffee/peppermint scent, and it’s so skin friendly. The Stoffel balm is another Bundubeard treasure with a lovely peppermint scent, it gives LOTS of moisturizing as well as soothing, and it freezes like hell. The Floid Vigoroso aftershave went on with its gorgeous old school barbershop scent that I love so much and its powerful menthol punch. Except for a tiny weeper on my upper lip which healed right away during my cold water rinse this was a brilliant three pass BBS shave that I enjoyed immensely!

Bowl: Captain ´s Choice Copper // Razor: River Lake // Blade: Gillette Wilkinson India // Soap: Southern Witchcrafts Pomona // Brush: PAA Atomic Rocket // Aftershave: Witch Hazel - Southern Witchcrafts Pomona

An „ok“ shave which showed again, that this Clone and the Original Futur never will be my type of razor. Even on setting 1 far too aggressive for me. Not as smooth and gentle as almost all of my other razors.

The soap performed very well as always, the Aftershave too.
