One slight difference today from yesterday-I had just ONE problem that cost me a great shave, again on S. Porcupine. The redness looked ominous at the beginning, but calmed down at the end of the shave. But it was there-can't deny it. Great brushwork to set everything up. Clean&clear on the face, neck sideburns& N. Porcupine again. Nice finish from the Clubman A.S.(12. 5 oz-the size seen in most barbershops.) To add to the Tbrowback Thursday persuasion, I shampooed in the shower with Clubman Country Club, and rubbed Clubman Hair Gel on prior to the shave.(course I'll do that tomorrow and Sat. too, but I was especially glad to do it on TT). As fo the shave, it's a Very Outstanding performance.

Nice shave. Y'know, those 3.0 oz Stoylins can last quite a while, if you want. My Oro Valley has done just that, and I'll get the 5.8 when it's done.

Limoncello gets good attention on A&E. Looks like Pete Fiasco did a fine job with that one.

    hard to describe..

    from a fragrance website..

Legend by Montblanc is a Aromatic Fougere fragrance for men. Legend was launched in 2011. Legend was created by Olivier Pescheux and Celine Perdriel. Top notes are Lavender, Pineapple, Bergamot and Lemon Verbena; middle notes are Red Apple, Dried Fruits, oak moss, Geranium, Coumarin and Rose; base notes are Tonka Bean and Sandalwood.

The brand Mont Blanc presents a new men's fragrance in April 2011. Legend is dedicated to inspiring, virtuous and self-confident men who are courageous, passionate and authentic. Their fragrance is subtle but striking and masculine.

Olivier Pescheux, the perfumer behind this fresh fougere creation, tried to make the fragrance filled with contrasts, combining notes that evoke strength and tenderness, tradition and modernity. The composition opens with fresh aromatic tones of bergamot, lavender, pineapple leaf and exotic verbena (Litsea Cubeba). The heart emphasizes oakmoss note (evernyl molecule) merged with geranium, coumarin, apple, rose, and Pomarosa molecule (notes of dried fruit). The base contains sandalwood, tonka and evernyl.

Heavy and slightly curved bottle of black and metallic colors is inspired by the famous Meisterstück pen design, made of glass and metal. The design is minimalistic and luxurious, perfect for the concept behind this fragrance. The black and white campaign features Simon Clark photographed by Peter Lindbergh.

Thank you Gary.....I'm not much of a fruit man when it comes to shaving, bu I see that there are other scents more suitable to our hobby.

Thank you, you are correct, I chose it in honour to the humble Palmolive classic shave stick, which is my all-time favourite shaving soap.

Yes, I have the aftershave. I like it. However, the scent doesn't last long. I prefer buying sets. It really depends on what is important to you to justify getting a matching aftershave.
