According to the TSD archives, Evan's last post was on July 2 2021. As I recall, he was trying to finish his 2nd batch of brushes and never heard from him again.

    Good afternoon.

I went with my Parker SRB Shavette for this afternoon's shave. I am planning on going out this evening so I want to look presentable. Two error-free passes gave a very close, comfortable shave. It was just slightly below a BBS quality shave. I picked the Limoncello because Gary recently used it and I figure it's been awhile since I enjoyed it. It really provides a great lather as you can see below.

Did have a decent amount of alum feedback and ended with the exhilarating and matching aftershave. Take care.

    two more great shaves Joe

Thanks Gary, I do remember coming across these a while ago. Seems like a minor difference. But when I loaded the Kai and checked for alignment, I remember thinking, hmmm, this blade does have a 'bit' more exposure. Haven't bothered with trying to shim the blades. Why fix what doesn't need fixing. I like the HD and have given this one (I have 2) a good outing this month

    Super Citruss-y setup
Nice close up of the Flaretip

    thanks Joe

Ah yes more citrus and lemon, I am tempted but have sooo many soaps. Even the Stirling sample soaps seem to last forever

Nice shave this morning. One miss, at the usual right-sideburn spot, but otherwise no problems. I'll work with the soap some more next fall/winter to see if I decide to flip it at that time. Course I'm doing it again tomorrow. When I fnish with this soap, I'll go back to WTX(West Texas). Hub City is a fine artisan family group, from Lubbock, TX. 2 passes. Nice close from the HCS Pages A.S. I got a friendly reaction from a lady later in the morning, but she just smiled and greeted me-didn't compliment me on my "shave attire". I guess I always run into the ones who don't do the appearance compliments. Or they just don't VERBALIZE. A smile and friendly greeting is nice though, of course. Very Outstanding.

That's the way to go about it, Gary. I'm getting tired of rushing and looking too far ahead too fast-shaving included.
