Shaving Recipe for today.

Prep: Warm shower:/Cien Men Shower Gel.

Pre:
Cold wet flannel to my face & head.
Vaseline Healthy Bright Soap Bar with Vitamin B3.
Brush: Yaqi 24mm Sagrada Familia.
Face & Head Lather.
Lather: Nivea Men Body shave Stick.
Razor: Baili BD191 head w/Muhle R89 Handle. - Voskhod Teflon Coated. (D1)
Razor: Parker InjRzr. (Head/Dome) - Personna Injector PTFE. (D4)

Post:
Cold Water Face & Head Rinse./Cold water face & Head wash with brush squeezing's,/Alum Rub./Cold Water Rinse./Homemade (~Spring/Summer mix~) Lemon, Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Essential Oils.5 Menthol Crystals Mixed Together With Care+Witch Hazel./Gummy Traditional Turkish Lavender Cologne./Aloe Vera Gel.

(Face & Head Shave)

Greetings,

A close comfortable face & head shave to finish the month off wonderfully.

The Nivea Men shave stick providing a good acceptable slick lather and a great post shave with no drying out on my skin in between each pass leaving a good post shave feel.

In May I will be doing another mini focus with the Classic Wilkinson Sword & Wilkinson Sword Premium (TTO) razors, paired together with the (German) WS Classic & (Indian) Gillette WS blades for my face shaves.

For my head/dome Shaves, I will be using the Supply V2 injector paired together with the Personna PTFE SS Injector blades.

Finishing the shave off a with a few small dollops of Aloe Vera Gel.

My face & precious swede are feeling smooth & smelling divine.

Tabac After Shave

The Tabac Shave Soap lathered well with Jayaruh #18 Silvertip Badger Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Gillette Single Ring Razor (1911) and the Gillette Silver Blue Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Humphrey's Witch Hazel and Tabac After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

This Junjie razor might be dirt cheap but is it ever good - although it’s relatively mild it’s so efficient. I really enjoyed the Tabac bath soap’s scent while I was showering and it does a great job of moisturizing my skin. The Tabac stick has that same magnificent scent, it provided tons of thick, rich, super slick lather, and the postshave feeling was so comfortable. The Lubriderm moisturizer works so well as a balm, and although I haven’t got any more Tabac aftershave left the Canada Ceder aftershave turned out to be a very good substitute until I can replace it. A most pleasurable three pass BBS shave - as we say in German alles in tolle Ordnung! (Everything is in great order!)

OK, thanks Guy. Would drops of Stoylin's Frozen whatchacalllit work, too? I used to have that.

 

That may be all right-cut wet grass falls into the list of "Men's Attractive Scents" that you can find in The Art of Shavong, with a few clicks.

 

A cologne made in Cologne, eh? Well, there's another difference.

 

I bet that Bill Neumann is a positive choice for warm/hot weather.On the website, there's just one review so far, from the guy who has reviewed practically all of their products, with almost the same comments word for word for each one. That doesn't help much, frankly.

Any menthol or synthetic cooling agent works well. I like Koolada as it does not have menthol aroma to throw off the base soap aroma.
