The La Toja Shave Stick lathered well with Jayaruh #224 Synthetic Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Gem Damaskene Open Comb Razor and the Personna GEM SS PTFE Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Pinaud Citrus Musk EDC. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

 

There's just something different about AV Sport. I just wish the Orignal had a smaller pour spout, but you can't fight City Hall :-(

Saturday shave here in NY on a beautiful day! I went with Tatara again and went to a tried and true Macduff’s!

The Tatara Amakuni is one of my favorite razors of any type. It’s just perfect in everything. It’s so nimble and maneuverable it gets to every spot on my face without an issue as it glides across my stubble. It really is a joy to shave with!

Macduff’s and Pasteurs Little Caribbean is a fantastic summer scent! It definitely transports me to Flatbush Avenue where I worked for a number of years. Sweet and fruity the sound of steel drums blare in my mind. And as always Macduff’s soap performance is beyond reproach! Well done celebrating a piece of my city!!!

What a wonderful shave!

A relaxing Sunday morning shave,

I have said this in many of my posting that the Haslinger Schafmilch & Lanolin soap is an incredible shaving soap. Like all of the Haslinger soaps I've tried it doesn't get top marks for it's fragrance but My skin type really likes shaving soaps with lanolin added to the ingredients, the post shave feeling from it is absolutely superb.

A close comfortable 2 pass + pick ups silky smooth shave with no errors to report.

Finishing the shave off with a generous splash of Brut Oceans ASL.

My face is feeling smooth, & smelling divine.

Razor: Timeless Razor 0.68 // Blade: Polsilver Super Iridium // Soap: Taylor of Old Bond Street Grapefruit // Brush: RazoRock Hive 24 // Aftershave: Witch Hazel - Geo F. Trumpet Lime Skin Food

A really wonderful Summer shave. The temperatures here in Germany are hot and humid so i thought of using something fresh. So the really wonderful smelling Grapefruit soap has been my soap of choice. What a fantastic, natural Grapefruit scent.

2,5 passes with the smooth and gentle operating Timeless razor and i was BBS. Applied some Witch Hazel followed by the Lime Skin Food to close out this very enjoyable shave.

10 out of 10

My face is so bloody frozen that it feels almost numb but I LOVE that sensation. The Glacial Electric Sheep soap is so awesome - it’s mutton tallow based so it gives fabulous lather with tons of slickness, the scent is a delightful blend of lemon, limonella, and eucalyptus, the menthol freeze starts immediately and each pass makes it stronger, and it leaves the skin feeling like it’s been born again. The Prep delivered so much soothing and moisturizing while the Floid Vigoroso aftershave gave me a powerful menthol kick along with its wonderful old school barbershop scent that lasts almost all day. Another great fun filled three pass BBS shave - today it looks like it’s going to rain on and off so I think I’ll just hang out here at home.
