    Saturday morning:

    Quick shower
    Razorock Plissoft 26mm Monster
    Super Speed/7 AM day 14
    Noxzema Lather SC
    Prep ASB
    Booster Polar Ice AS Splash

Although the 7 AM blade has pretty well come to the end of its service it held up long enough to give me one last hoorah with a fantastic three pass BBS shave that I enjoyed so much. The Noxzema cream’s scent is so wonderful, the lather is such a pleasure, its menthol sensation feels heavenly, and there’s no better skincare. The Prep and the Polar Ice aftershave were a perfect finishing combo!

Have a great day - be well and stay safe![IMG]

I like what your shavesoap and aftershave of choice do, but I'm not so sure about that skeleton on the covers.

    Razor: Tatara Amakuni
Blade: Schick B-20 Proline Artist Club (SE), 1st use
Brush: Chisel & Hound Rainbow Connection Badger
Bowl: CaYuen Workshop The Breakwater Bowl
Preshave: Ethos Grooming Essentials First Lather Oil
Soap: Ethos Grooming Shave MD Cream
Aftershave: Ethos Grooming Shave MD Aftershave
    Additional Care: Osma Alum
Additional Care: Thayers Facial Toner: Rose Petal

On a beautifully warm day here on Long Island I went Ethos Shave MD and another go with the Amakuni.

I’m so happy I tried Ethos when I did. Every time I use a new scent I see why to me they are one of the best artisans out there! Shave MD is no exception! It smells like you are shaving with Ginger Ale but not a syrupy, sweet, soda but an artisanally crafted masterpiece! There is citrus, and ginger, the perfect amount of fizz (not sure how that was done) and just a touch of menthol. Wow! Incredible! Frank has done it again as usual!

For today’s go with the Amakuni I started out with a Feather Professional blades. After two strokes and ZERO hair removal I decided that this combo does not work too well. So I turned to a Schick Proline and what a beautiful turn of events it turned out to be. It matched beautifully with the Amakuni. Smooth, efficient slicing through 3 days growth as if it was nothing. It turned into an excellent shave!

I just can’t get enough Ethos! Frank is a master! I would buy anything from him sight unseen as I now it would be top notch no matter what he makes. And Tatara just makes amazing razors! The Amakuni is so much fun and so good at what it does!

Have an awesome weekend! Happy shaves!
