Happy with my Tuesday shave. Clean&clear across the face&neck with the Proraso Refreshing Shave Foam. . Ditto North and South Porcupine, although a little extra work was done on both ends. . No damage anywhere. One pass. Great close with the Proraso Refreshing A.S. Super Duper Outstanding.
I'm thinking, with all this humid weather, it might be time to put my Clubman shave soap(Mama Bear)in the fridge for some time to avoid it melting. I can't fit it into either of my "dens", so it's been on the kitchen counter all this time. Maybe another "fridge trip" for the Aqua Velva clone soap, too...as I said before I think the shipping prOHcess warmed it up a little. It's supposed to be icy.

King C Gillette Dorco ST 300 DE Blade ( fresh ) JR #290 Cashmere Brush Stirling Tsuka SS, AS and Edt Stirling Alum Block Lucky Witch Hazel Beard Growth: 2.25 Days Did a facelather shave with the King C Gillette razor. I received a BBS result with just 2 passes and minor pickups. There wasn't any blood loss. Thank goodness because I had my blood drawn this morning at the lab. The alum feedback was slight. Splashed on the witch hazel, the matching aftershave and the matching eau de toilette to finish this shave. Take care

thanks Gary cool shave nice result Joe, one bloodletting per day is enough I say thank you Joe Nice going Barry. I have run out of Brut, but remember it quite well.
I'm glad you listed your aftershave, since the razor did a nice job of blocking the title. I'll have a serious decision to make when I run out of my Fine Latigo A.S., as Doc Fine raised the cost of his arsenal.
Great shave this Throwback morning. A minute at the Loading Dock for the Stoylin Iceberg Island. As it turned out, it was a chilly morning, so I had some "reactions" to the Iceberg(see below*). Clean, clear shave all around. No damage. 2 passes. The Caswell Massey aftershave finished me off in fine fashion. I'll have to wait for another CW discount offer on aftershaves to get another one, though. Meanwhile, I've been enjoying the CW hand-soaps. As Outstanding As It Gets *-1. YEEOWWWW 2.OHHHNOOOO.
Thursday July 10 ( morning) - Just Cold Water July Prep: Hot shower with Aleppo olive oil and 20% bay laurel oil soap (traditional anti-acne); followed by cold water pre-shave face rinse Razor: Matte black stainless steel Supply 2.0 injector with "nick-proof" SE comb plate / Supply White Label (house-branded Personna)(8) Soap: TOBS Lavender Shave Cream croap Brush: Semogue SOC cherrywood badger refitted by Jason @jtspartan with ApShaveCo Tuxedo synthetic knot Lather Bowl: None Post: rinse, alum, rinse, TSD Lavender Aftershave Milk Last shave: Tuesday July 1 ( morning) - 9 days ago The TOBS shave cream is now a hard croap but it still loads easily and face lathers well. It provided excellent glide and protection as well as good post-shave skin care. Two passes - one WTG on my face and ATG on my neck and the next XTG everywhere - removed the stubble with no need of any cleanup passes. To be more precise, I didn't look closely to seeif I needed any cleanup. From 3 feet away in the mirror,it looked like a DFS and that was good enough for today.. Alum would probably have been silent - if I had remembered to use it... Anyway I had no visible nicks, blood spots or razorburn. The lavender scent of the TSD Aftershave Milk finished off a good shave.
