That's a start. I generally go across and with the grain on my stache area and leave well enough alone. When I do an against the grain pass, I do not have the razor flush to the skin, but go over the area very lightly until I don't feel the razor cutting hair.

    DE Shave # 604

    Rating: 5 / 5

    Razor: FaTip Grande Open Comb
    Blade: Suneko Amorphous Diamond SS
Brush: Leo Frilot ECWS 2018 Ghost Trails
    Lather: Stirling Electric Sheep
Aftershave: Stirling Electric Sheep - Glacial
    Additional Care:
    Omega Alum
    Dickenson’s Original Witch Hazel
    Stirling Unscented Glacial Balm

Most excellent shave this morning. I decided to go with a double edge razor as I was pressed for time. I had to prep for my daughter’s birthday lunch.

The FaTip Razor delivers a smooth and comfortable shave. I did my customary three passes without any errors and was rewarded with as close to a BBS possible. The glacial aftershave finished off the shave nicely. Perfect for a hot summer day that would be on tap for Long Island.

Today my shave was a 10/10 I had only one cut I never hit when I shaved 2 days ago and cut a small zit area on neck, I knew I was going to hit to shave some hairs. I skipped a day in between shaving last time and today.

I used same shaver, my Gillette Adjustable slim handle the no case one. I am planning on using the model for the future until something happens to the shaver or I find the shaver starting to die on me.

I used a little of the dial foaming hand soap on my face and shaved right away, using knowing it was going to be thick hair because of the skipping a day. I had it rough on the first contact because I forgot to wet down the shaver, but I corrected that and kept the shaver head/blade wet. I did an about 80%--90% clean in the middle of shave like I usually have to do. I only had to go back on the end after the first cleaning of shaver on 1--1.5 somehow it was not exactly 100% on one but got it done and did some more cleanup on blade at the end.

I really think I'm going to love the Kent Shave Cream. Niice and chilly. As I said the other day, I feel better using a brush for this than following their recommendation(manual). Great shave across the board. Quite smooth. I did two passes today, but will do just one for future Kent shaves, as I really did feel everything was complete after the first pass today. No damage anywhere. Great close from the Stoylin Coniferous(w/Menthol)A.S. I felt a big tingle from Cactus Nation, after administering the A.S. That's GOOD, though. As Outstanding As It Gets.

Thhis Simpson looks quite familiar to another Simpson soap I had(the 1919 helped me recall).. I think mine was a shave cream(in a tub)too. I'm glad we have a different one out now. (Actuallly, mine didn't show Simpson's first name).
