    Normally I use Q-tip and a toothpick if needed to clean but this was not coming off with the Q-tip, this was building up. It was only a small thin cut on the finger that has almost healed up now.

    Adjustable/Australian

    2 Days growth

    Hot Water Prep and Preshave = Derby Menthol shave cream
    Cream/Soap = Australian made Woolly Wash Soapery Tropi-cool
    Brush = Semogue Pegasus C7 finest badger
    Bowl = coconut
    Razor = Gillette Slim I-4 @ 6 (same one)
    Blade = Feather (3)
    Passes = 2 +
    Post = Usual CWR, Alum, rinse, pat dry, Thayer’s rose petal
    ASL = Pinaud Clubman
    ASB = TOBS Royal Forest
    Scent = Burberry Hero

    Super fine shave, but very hot alum. Feather might be starting to dull a bit…?
    Or maybe I am still getting used to the Slim's weight, I will stick with it a bit longer, in the spirit of the thread

    Super day to one and all

    Well, my "dig-in" persuasion for the Stephan tub cream worked fine. I'm going to use most of this cream in the fall/winter months anyway, matching it with my Stephan Bay Rum A.S. Should be around for a few years. A nice smooth feel on my skin led to a nice smooth shave all across my face and neck. No damage. Might have done a little better on the right sideburn area. Finished off again with Stoylin Glacial Lime A.S. AHHH! Very pleased. Super Duper Outstanding.

    August 12 SOTM Head and Face shave

    Schick I-1
    Pella SE Blade (2,3)
    Hembree/Maggard Timberwolf Synthetic Brush
    TSD Orange SS and AS
    Stirling Alum Block
    Lucky Witch Hazel
    Beard Growtn: 2 Days
    Dome Turf: 5 days.

    I was very surprised that my Schick I-3 was able to take down my dome turf in 2 passes because it is a very mild razor. However, I did have to do heavy buffing for each pass. Anyway, I also did 2 passes on my face and neck. I achieved a bloodless BBS result all around. I didn't have any alum feedback
    Finished the shave with the witch hazel and aftershave treatment. Sorry, I didn't take a pic of my setup. Take care.

    Today's shave was a 9.5/10 because I did get a micro mini cut on the moustache area that was more like a single hair ripped out. I used mostly dial 3 though on chin I used dial 4 due to how rough that area is. Day 11 of topside, I could have gone one day with on the wrong side.

    I used like always my Gillette slim handle H 2 without case.

    I used some foaming hand soap on face letting soak in, then water on the blade and the head of the shaver. This soap is because I skipped Monday shave for some reason however I used the shaver being careful.

    Clean up I did the right thing using toothpick for scraping to get the green and white buildup on the inside corners of the butterfly but first Q-tip for the hair that was not coming out easy even getting one side of Q-tip wet.

    The new book I got on July-31, King C. Gillette, the man and his wonderful shaving device https://www.amazon.com/dp/0316009377/?tag=thshde-20, my early era of King C Gillete blade before the company moved to the thinner Chinese models, and my Gillette shaver are proving they are still a great trio for this month. I am into chapter 8 just after WWII around 1946--1947 talking about a specific thing the 3rd president of Gillette did.
