The first shave with a new acquisition today went great. The Gillette New Hybrid Tech is one of the razors I've had on my radar for a long time, but I never actually thought I'd get. Abbate Y Lamantia Ishtar was a great choice to compliment this rare and beautiful razor.

 

that's a fine hybrid set in excellent condition.if one acquired that in the beginning one wouldn't need another..i hope it serves you well for years to come.congrats.

Second shave with my British Gillette New Hybrid Tech went very well.

 

absolutely fabulous. i am using an N-3 1968 Gillette super stainlesss blade with mine at present,so old school cool.smooth,efficient.bbs shaves..i am blessed.life is good.i use the 1950 french hollow handle with mine because my handle was missing,and the the french hollow handle is one piece,thicker and heavier than the original fat handle.
