Why does the color of this look like Lemon Pledge or Pine Sol?

 

Todays shave is 10/10 almost BBS on mostly on dial 4 after going on dial 1 for a bit with touchup lightly done on dial 9. Today is day 3 on bottom blade, overall blade day 17.

I used like always my Gillette slim handle H 2 without case.

I shaved after shower so I did not need much water on shaver head/blade with only shower for face.

Gillette, the man and his wonderful shaving device https://www.amazon.com/dp/0316009377/?tag=thshde-20, my early era of King C Gillete blade before the company moved to the thinner Chinese models, and my Gillette shaver are proving they are still a great trio for this month. I am in the beginning of chapter 10.

I guess my promoting the book on The Shave Den has caused all the cheap versions of the book to be sold out on Amazon so now people can only buy $50+ books but on e-Bay they have a few books in the $20--$30 range total including shipping and a $39 book as well with free shipping

I went with an easy shave this morning with my Gillette Heritage razor. Although I prefer aggressive razors, this one gave me an excellent 3 pass BBS error-free result. I loaded my brush off the puck to lather my face. Alum feedback was minimal. Splashed on the witch hazel and the matching aftershave and I feel refreshed. I almost rated my shave 11/10 but then thought, I did have to do touchup work be it an of the moment experiment on dial 9 very light to see if this works.
