Thanks. Your knot is larger. I would like my 24 (or a 26) knot, but with the fuller handle shape that's on yours. Sent from my SM-A526U using Tapatalk

Hi Friends, Here my Shave of the Day (14.09.2025) Razor: Design 94 // Blade: Gillette yellow // Soap: Strike Gold Shave Honest Abe // Brush: RazoRock Hive // Aftershave: Strike Gold Shave Honest Abe What a fantastic shave this has been. Smooth, gentle and extremely thoroughly. The soap with it´s wonderful scent was absolute soul food. Fresh, fruity and elegant. 2 passes and i was BBS. The razor makes shaving so much enjoyable. I would say that this my best Aluminum razor i own. Applied the Aftershave which had almost no zinging to it and after seconds the wonderful scent flooded the bathroom and the skincare kicked in. Skincare is top notch. Strike Gold Shave is great stuff. I love it. 10 out of 10 Have a great time, enjoy your shaves and stay safe and healthy. Greetings Thorsten
Sunday 14 Sept 2025 2 days growth Gillette Tuckaway Chinese Wilkinson Sword (1) The last dregs of the Derby Menthol Shave cream Face lathered with the Semogue OC Finest Badger adding water as needed Two passes and some minor touch ups L'Occitane, Whiskey Woods, English Leather Super start to a stormy Sunday in Perth WA The Alum was hot hot hot, but no damage was done As close as it gets Impression: this blade is a bit less smooth than the Euromax, not quite as sharp as the Feather. I am sure it will smooth out with further use but it was binned anyway as I continue my Single Use DE Blade September focus Using the Tuckaway for my last few shaves has also been useful: it’s interesting how each shave is different and the technique continues to evolve over time Have a great Sunday one and all

Sunday morning: Cool shower Yaqi 30mm Barber Pole Super Speed/Crystal day 4 PAA Cold Spices SS Lubriderm Moisturizer PAA Cold Spices AS Splash Truthfully and honestly this Cold Spices stuff is kind of disappointing because although its scent is indeed very close to the Shulton Old Spice, this is one brand where menthol doesn’t belong because it has a bit of a negative effect on the scent. The soap is a good latherer, yes and it’s very slick, yes but the skincare is not the best - at least to me. The Lubriderm moisturizer helped me a LOT and the Cold Spices aftershave “tried” to smell exactly like the Shulton Old Spice but the menthol didn’t allow it to. Three passes delivered a super duper BBS shave although it was too enjoyable. The only reason I keep this Cold Spices stuff is because it was a birthday gift from a dear friend of mine in New York City. Wishing you all a nice Sunday - be well and stay safe! Lather Catcher Sunday's Cold Water Shave Cold Water Rinse Nivea Shave Cream Jayaruh #2 Two-band Badger 1902 Kampfe Brothers/Star LC Star Wedge CWR Humphrey's Witch Hazel Nivea Shave Balm The Nivea Shave Cream was face-lathered well with the Jayaruh #2 Two-band Badger Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the 1902 Kampfe Brothers/Star Lather Catcher and the Star Wedge Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Humphrey's Witch Hazel and Nivea Shave Balm. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
