Very impressive! Enjoy my Lantzman! The only one I recognize is Irisch Moos and sadly that's another one I would have liked to try.

Thanks Akhi! It came as a big shock to me that the Irisch Moos stick was discontinued because first the company who was making it was taken over by Maurer & Wirtz who’s the manufacturer of Tabac and honestly this stuff was almost exactly the same. Just the scent is different. A couple of the other soaps pop up every so often on E Bay but at meshiggeneh (crazy) prices. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Friday's Cold Water Shave Cold Water Rinse Proraso White Shave Soap Jayaruh #4 High Mountain Badger Christy Safety Razor Personna Injector Blade CWR Humphrey's Witch Hazel Duru Cologne The Proraso White Shave Soap was face-lathered well with the Jayaruh #4 High Mountain Badger Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Christy Safety Razor and the Personna Injector Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Humphrey's Witch Hazel and Duru Cologne. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Friday morning: Cool shower Yaqi 30mm Barber Pole Super Speed/Crystal day 9 Bundubeard Impi SS Bundubeard Boomslang 1 ASB Mennen Skin Bracer AS Splash These Crystal blades are definitely fantastic - they’re so sharp and smooth as well as forgiving. The Impi soap from Bundubeard is a South African treasure - it’s glycerine based with a very nice coffee/fruity scent, its lather explodes off my brush, it’s so thick, rich with excellent blade glide, it’s mildly but pleasantly mentholated, and it leaves a really comfortable postshave feeling. The Boomslang 1 balm is extremely moisturizing, just a SMALL amount is needed, it’s also slightly cooling, and the scent pairs well with the Skin Bracer aftershave. Another three pass beauty of a BBS shave that was lots of fun! Wishing you all a great weekend - be well and stay safe! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

20 Sept 2025 Single use DE Blade 2 Days growth Cold water shave: Prep = Proraso pre-shave Wood and Spice Cream/Soap = Woolly Wash Soapery: Night at the Pub Brush = Semogue Owners club Bowl = White plastic Razor = Tuckaway Blade = Parker (1) Passes = 3 Post = Usual CWR, Alum, rinse, pat dry, Thayer’s rose petal ASB = L’Occitane ASL = VIBR Scent = Proraso Wood and spice cologne Damage = None The Proraso pre shave has a nice scent. Bit thick though as a pre-shave for my liking. I intended to lather directly over it rather than rinsing it off as I usually do, so I made the Woolly Wash Soapery a bit thinner than normal—too thin, in fact. It ended up dripping everywhere, which is why I needed three passes and not the usual two. This reinforces my view that a well-hydrated, but well-structured lather is indispensable to achieving a quality shave, though others may hold differing opinions ……… All scented up for the Saturday ahead. Spring is in the air at last. Have a good day one and all…
