This Lord/Sharp combination is very good. The razor itself is slightly more aggressive than a Weishi, but at the same time, it gives the Sharp a little more cutting power, so you get a great shave.

Great shave this morning.......extremely comfortable and effective whisker whacking. This DR Harris stuff is about as good as shaving soap gets for me. Plenty of wonderful rich, slick lather that helps a lot in my razor's waltz over my face. Plus, the soap has a scent that I love........woodsy, subtle, and without a floral or sweet note.

The Tom Ford EdP seemed like the perfect compliment for afterwards. It's a very deep amber scent, with a dark woods undertone that keeps it from any cloying sweetness. This is NOT one of those feminine powdery scents.

A BBS result, sure to cause random moments of faceturbation.

So, third day of the Derby. Felt no good. The first two shaves were absolutely awesome! The third was no good at all. A shame they didn't last longer because I do really like them.
I will go on to the next in the samplepack and I think it will be the red packed personnas. A question, is the red pack the same as Israeli personnas?

Yes sire it is. Alot controversy over the subject at anothe forum so alot of folks just call them "Red IP's) or simply Reds Good blade though and very forgiving. Not that sharp but promise you wont cut yourself!

Half of the first pass was an attempt to stretch a BIC to a fourth shave. Normally the most I will ever try to achieve is 3 shaves but the third felt so good with the BIC that I decided to push for 4. Bad idea.

D2 on the ASCO blade = smooth and comfortable shave. Great way to start the day/week

Great shave even though there was a little tugging and pulling. I think it's because I have a slight sunburn and used Aloe Gel on my face last night. But the shave is surprisingly BBS.
