JMFraser cream - how to add essential oils?

I have this big tub of Frasers that I like as far as the lather goes, but I'm not so thrilled with the scent. As others have described, it is a light lemon scent.

I imagine you can just mix in essential oils to enhance the smell. Do you warm the cream up first to mix, or just add it or what? I am thinking of making up some smaller canisters of it with different scents. What would be the best way to mix it in? Would this work or would the oils separate out?

    thnx

I just superlather it with a scented soap.

I get a fairly strong lime scent, but with the polar ice I can barely smell it. My nose sometimes doesn't pick up some scents though. I would imagine you could just stir it right in, it is a pretty soft cream, but I haven't done it before.

Hmmmmmm....... It isn't that I dislike Frasers scent, it is just that I think it might take additional scents well. And at 16 ounces I could make a pile of different scented creams. Don't know if they would turn out crappy, but I like certain scents like Ylang Ylang and would like to try. Even some additional citrus might be nice. We have a wonderful extract maker locally for various cedars and I would love to check that out as well. I guess I'll just whip something up and see what happens.
