Any update? I just stumbled across this thread (providentially, I'm assuming), and will gladly add my prayers!
Thanks for asking......................no change yet. Aldeana continues to sleep and there is no real improvement to discuss. Family thinks she blinked a few times 2 days ago but nothing more than that. Keep her in your thoughts and continue to pray at 11am (West Coast time) if you can .....................(of course, you can pray at other times, as well)
ALL: Thanks so much for all your prayers and good wishes for Aldeana. She fought a brave fight and did finally wake up today at 615AM but it was in Heaven. Please continue to keep her family in your thoughts during this difficult time.
so sorry to hear, she will be missed here by her family and friends, but that will only be temporary, and she truly is in a better place. Condolences and prayers for strength and encouragement will be made
...............closure just back from Aldeana's memorial service, held at her church. So many people and so much LOVE in the room..............just amazing. Her son - in - law, how can I put it...........officiated ?? She was quite a jokester and very competitive so there were many "inside" moments he shared with us. He did a great job of telling us all about her youth, adolescence and life as a Mother, Grandmother and truly righteous role model. Stories shared by members of her family, songs and music she loved. She touched and influenced many. We all know she is in a better place, free of all her ailments and physical limitations, but it's still hard to say "Good-bye." Thanks again for all your support during the past weeks. It is greatly appreciated :agelic13
