My father lives a little north of there in Cape Coral, and is very close to Sanibel/Captiva, which is gorgeous and an excellent place to spend a long weekend. It's unfortunate that that entire area has been practically ground zero for horrendous drops in property value and miserable job opportunities.
I hear ya about the property values! One of our daughters lives in Cape Coral as well. Southwest Florida is very beautiful!
I dont see why he would need to raise his ISO since there is a great deal of sun outside, unless he wanted to increase the noise/grain in the pictures.
