    4 AUG.
    MMIX. TUESDAY.

    Wash: Imperial Leather
    Razor: Merkur Long
    Blade: Dorco ST-301
    Lather: Tabac Stick
    Brush: Crabtree Pure
    Splash: Bracer Blue
    Finish: Pierre Cardin.

    ...

Dorco really makes a quality blade. Blue & Red work equally well in my estimation and cost the same at the barber supply from which I bought them. 8 bones per 100 blades, not 8.5, as I cited earlier.

Then again, Derbys and Astras are also $8/100pack.

    Gorey's Chairman
    Ming Shi TTO/new 7 AM
    Karo Fresh-SC
    Tabiano-AS gel
    Lubriderm unscented moisturizer
    Giorgio Beverly Hills-EDT

This Karo Fresh cream has the same great lather, a nice scent, and great skincare as the Karo Classic version. It has menthol, but it's not face-freezing. It's very discrete and pleasant. Check out www.alenmak.bg for more details. ;) :D

    Tuesday 8/4 . . .

    • [*]Prep: Rite Aid Skin Cleansing Cream & Hot Towel
[*]Brush: The "Ever Roddy 300" an Ever Ready 300 refurbished with silvertip badger knot by The "Knotty Badger"
      [*]Cream: SCS Verbena
[*]Razor: 1911 GEM Jr Lather Catcher Style with two piece handle
[*]Blade: Ted Pella PTFE coated SE (shave 3)
[*]Oil Pass: Leisureguy's Last-Pass Shave Oil
[*]A/S: Thayer's Rose Petal Witch Hazel Toner & SCS Savory Rose ASM
      [*]EDT: SCS Blend 2-11

[*]Result: Another terrific BBS shave with a GEM lathercatcher style razor and the Ted Pella blade. Coming to the end of my SCS Verbena cream. I have another tub but the cream has not agreed with my face this time around. Going to consider getting rid of the cream despite the great scent. Anyway, even though the cream caused some stinging it was not bad and it did help me get a wonderful BBS shave.
