How strong is the scent on Salter's Wild Rose? I've always wanted to try it, saw a tub at a store, was about to take the lid off to get a sniff, but noticed something about essential oils and figured it'd be weak like AOS' SCs. I didn't check the ingredients. This was at Pasteur's Pharmacy and I, having been up for two days, was too tired to get into the nitty-gritty. Possibly a big mistake, as I love Rose scents.
It's not as strong as Trumpers, IMHO, but it's a clear rose scent. I didn't know the formula....this cream have a lot of parabens, but in the label you can read "made with natural ingredients" ... I prefer TOBS it´s better product for the price,....

Tuesday: Gorey's Chairman Ming Shi TTO/Sharp day 3 Golddachs Spezial-SS :happy108 :love008 Lubriderm unscented moisturizer Booster Mosswood-AS Aramis-EDT I cannot say enough good things about this Golddachs Spezial soap. It lathers so well, it smells so nice, and it really softens the beard. This shave was not only BBS, it was elegant!
Taylor's SC is the best of the three Ts' - fraction of the price, denser cream (except Avocado). I've never tried the line's soaps or shave sticks, which don't come in many flavors. Trumper's Rose is very weak-scented, IMO, but it at least comes in a soap variety; and it's top-grade.

Seemed really dry, but I am not sure what it should feel like. Lathered like mad, tons of lather, but it seemed to have no slip at all. Lather looked and smelled fantastic, but did not perform well for me at all. Next time I might try it with a bit less water and see if it was just the ratio.
