FYI, I think the Arko Commando smells VERY similar to the European Palmolive (in the green metal tube)... it's even the same/similar color. best Drew
Thank you Drew!! I feel very lucky! I'm a DE newbie, but I've been using a brush and soap for a while. So what makes me a brush and soap newbie? I only used 1 soap for 13 years!!! I didn't know they made any other! lol! So I got my first real creme last week (Proraso).... WOW!!! I'm hooked, and sad that I wasted so many years with one soap. hehehe Thank you so much Drew!!! You rock!
You forgot to mention what kinda soap you were using.. We like to know that kinda thing,, And congrats on the swag.. I have the Arko sensitive.., great lathering cream. Fuzzy
Sorry! I was using C&E Almond. And using a Mach 3/Fusion razor, so my lathering skills were lame. Very, very wet, although it only took about 15 seconds to make lather. But I did save a lot of money by using only one $7.00 puck of soap per year. I just thought I was the only cheapskate using a soap and brush! lol I watched a Mantic video last month and thought... "hmmm.... that's the way to lather!" That's my story.... one soap goby! Actually, in the past 2 years I've also used one punk of Conk's, Williams, and VDH because I haven't been to a C&E in years. I never knew there were so many other brands and scents from so many different countries! Oh Proraso...... I love it so! I've had it for about a week and it is perfect!
