DVD - Happy Feet OK, I am going to make my final round purchase of new creams to try for a while. This is what I'm thinking of getting. Please feel free to comment on likes or dislikes and if you have a favorite place to get them. Cremo Cream Shave Cream Tabac Original Shaving Cream Taylor of Old Bond Street Avocado Shave Cream Truefitt & Hill Ultimate Comfort Shave Cream The Cremo is an experiment and the Truefitt is a need to try to see if I'm missing something. The other two are very high on a lot of people lists and I thought I'd give them a whirl. I'm at the point where I can almost have something different for each day of the month. How sad is that? AD overdrive. It is a very fun experience trying new things and I am definitely finding my zones for lather building and shaving techniques. I am having the most trouble with scents. There are very few that don't thrill me so far. There are some I keep going back to over and over again and I will make product scent themes out of them at some point but I don't see that happening for a while. I'm having too much fun. I really need to put some wire shelves in that spare locker of mine.

Burt's Bees Soap Bark & Chamomile Deep Cleansing Cream Burt's Bees Soap Bark & Chamomile Deep Cleansing Cream. This one looks like it might leave a little less residue than the Burt's Bees Peach & Willowbark Deep Pore Scrub and Orange Oil Facial Wash I have. I like them too but I have to remember to use only a little before a shave. They might be a better choice for a night time face cleaning.
The man is into some bling! Thank God my jewelry days are over. I don't need/want anything else. Since I rarely have to wear a suit or tie anymore, YIPEE! I don't worry too much about clothes either. Shaving stuff. NOW, you have my attention.
OMG! 3 Suits (2 Armanis given to me that didn't fit someone anymore but they fit me. ) Check that, I'm not sure if they'll fit me right now. Too much pasta. 1 Sports Jacket 8 Dress Shirts (All Lands End No Iron Button Collar Oxfords in different colors. 2 of them are white) Uhhh...hmmm. I think I'm down to about 25 ties. I just tossed about 20 not too long ago. They were looking pretty ratty.
Then why is I get asked if I'm going to an interview every time I have to give a presentation to the VPs and Pres? :rofl Uh, check my profile pic. There ain't nuttin' that's gonna make me look chic and debonair. Well shaved it is then.

I'm still having trouble overcoming my shaving ADs, much less any other ones! I'm still on a straight razor kick. Picked up two more on Ebay in the last coupla days! I don't know that it will be an extensive AD, but here lately I'm buying gun stuff, too. I inherited a coupla old Winchester rifles (lever action Model 1894 .32 WS and a Model 67 bolt action single shot .22), so I have been buying gun cleaning stuff, cartridges, and targets.
At least with str8s the storage problem is much simpler. Good luck with the firearms collecting and restoring.
Thanks, Rich. Yeah, str8s are definitely cheaper and easier to keep around. I don't have a gun cabinet, so right now the long guns are in locked hardside cases. I haven't told the wife yet, but now I want a .22 six-shooter to go with the Winchester! Something like a Ruger Vaquero or Bisley.

I received my final regular pan purchase. A Calphalon 12" Stainless Omelet. That's it. I'm done on cookware. My new cast iron is being used a lot to help me get used to cooking with it again and season it more. I've filled in all the cookware gaps. I'm finished!!!!!

I have a terrible problem with collecting cufflinks. I still wear them.....at least for a couple of more years... My wife and I collect unusual cigarette boxes (even though we gave up smoking years ago). Ones like the bird that picks up the cigarette or the piano that when you press the keys a cig pops up, etc... My shaving display is down to one shelf due to the links and boxes.:ashamed001
