I gotta admit, this is one scent that I never ever would have picked on my own, but I really like the scent. JoAnna did great with her choice, it's worth the wait.

Got mine a couple of days ago and I must say I wouldn't have chose it on my own just by the name alone! At first I thought it smelled ok, not great but ok. But when I used it I thought differently!! It reminds me of a pipe tobacco...very rich and masculine! Worked up a great lather as well! Thanks JoAnna!
:happy036 :laugh042 I'm glad many of you like the scent. If anyone doesn't, I'd be happy to hear about that too. A general consensus of what the group likes and dislikes will help me choose future scents for The Club.
With all respect to you JoAnna, I prefer to keep that to myself. Why? Because the first scent was clearly something I never would have chose on my own, but it turned out to be an awesome choice by you, and I love it. I'm afraid that any input on scent choices may prevent you from choosing something, and then I would miss out on the "Wow!" effect again.
I can understand that. I guess I have a "average" nose, what smells good to me generally smells good to a fair amount of folks. The name of the current SOTQ scent sounded like something that may hurt shaven skin, but upon reading the notes I could see there wasn't anything irritating, and it sounded like it would smell good. btw, the next 2 scents just showed up on my doorstep.
I guess I should have added earlier that I was just speaking for myself, and in no way was meaning to speak for all the Soap Club members.

That's one reason why your soap sells - you know what smells good. Granted, not everyone will like every scent, but I've tried six of your scents so far and have not been disappointed in any of them. Honestly, the current SOTQ scent would not have been a first pick, but I do like it very much. Keep doin' what you're doin' and you'll continue to have satisfied customers! :signs107
