Got it! I'm not sure yet. I don't dislike it. I've gotta use it to be sure. It may turn out to by like TSD Tommy Bahama type - I'm not crazy about the scent off the puck, but lathered up and into the second pass, it smells great.
I got mine! The scent is familiar... I can't quite place it though...and I am not good enough with scent vocabulary to describe the scent notes either.
Let's put it this way; I had A4 and B1 before A4's due date came. A4 won out for finishing off the first round of SOTQ. B1 is certainly no A4. IMO, of course.
I used it this morning. The scent after lathering is wonderful. For me, I'll put it in a tie for second favorite with Barber Shoppe. The Burmese Wood is still my favorite... so far
As with A1 I was a bit alarmed when I first sniffed B1. After lathering and shaving with it however, bit time thumbs up-Thanks again JoAnna! I give it 3d place-first being Burmese Wood, second Cracklin' Firewood. B1 falls just a tad below Cracklin' Firewood-I like that one more every time I use it. Hope I can get more when it runs out.
I was going to say - Really??? I am still hoping to come up with some "extra" cash to get back on the SOTQ list - IT IS A BLAST!
SOTQ for international members will be shipping tomorrow. Shipping usually takes longer for international. Don't forget, keep the scent a secret till about a week or so after the 1st of the month. Don't want to ruin the surprise for the US members.
Just felt I should mention the possibility of the SOTQ being delayed a little. Some lowlife has cleaned out half of TSD's Paypal account. I filed a dispute as soon as the payment showed up, but I'm sure it will take awhile for Paypal to get the money back to us. Like I said, it's just a possibility of delaying the SOTQ. I'll do my best to get this out in time. Sorry, guys.
