Would love to have one. Considering the amount of money I've spent on a collection of more razors than I need, I can't really criticize somebody who would spend a sizable fraction of that on one really good one. That said, and granting the no doubt wonderful craftsmanship of this razor, I have to think that a large part of the price has to do with snob appeal, buying an elite product that most people can't afford. Fancy accessories for "the executive", that sort of thing. Could be wrong, could just be sour grapes on my part. If a member of our virtual community here buys one and wants to tell us about it, I'll instantly retract the "snob appeal" part.
