Sink. I already spend too long in the shower. If I shaved in there, it would be longer, and the water bill would really go up. Also, don't want to shave by feel alone, and although you can get fogless shower mirrors, it just seems easier to use the one over the sink.
I've used both methods, and prefer to shave at the sink. My skin would get dry if I stayed in the shower too long (hard water) and it wasted a lot of water as well. Don't understand the tunes thing, just crank them up loud enough to hear over the shower noise. ::git Cheers, KS
before DE: shower, 90% of the time just starting DE: shower, 80% of the time in the 27+ months since: 0% of the time (in shower) I used to HATE shaving at the sink: the mess, the running water all down the chest, keeping the face wet, etc. Shower took care of all that - used shave cream running down? no problem, shower it off. face getting dry? no problem, quick pass under the shower head. it all just worked. then came the DE, brush, and soap or cream: quite a bit more challenging of a task to juggle all of that around in the shower. not to mention the soap or cream getting too saturated. oddly enough, shaving at the sink is much more enjoyable now. I did start to try shaving at the sink on vacation last summer...just couldn't do it.
That could actually work, except that you'd want to be very careful about dropping the razor. Particularly a straight.:signs131
