I am sorry I missed this thread.I am in Baton Rouge.I have been wet shaving for 35 years .I don't post much but I do visit this site often .I will be out of town on the 24th ,so I will miss it.I hope there is another gathering .I will be happy to host it at my gun club in Baton Rouge ,Hunters Run Gun Club,and treat everyone to a free round of skeet and a few beers. I also make my own brushes and restore a lot of vintage brushes. I am also planning on a shave products line to sell at the gun club pro shop. Cheers Rocket

Yep, a good time was had by all. We'll try it again and maybe get even more folks involved. Who knows? Maybe we'll grow this thing until it eventually becomes the regional highlight of the year! Hey Guys, Yesterdays get together was alot of fun and, I think, a rousing success. Thanks to all especially Steve for hosting at his home. Good food, good company and a fine time. I think we all agreed that we should do this again in the fall, maybe October. Sounds good to me and I'll start thinking it all over and let everyone know plenty in advance so plans can be made. We had also mentioned that this was for shavers of all ilk so other board members are welcome although they will probably be slightly harrassed (in good fun). We are also going to open it to the region as Steve mentioned. This would be MissArkLaTex mostly but all would be welcome. Thanks again to all those there and we'll do this again.
