    Okay, now bare in mind, this is an early draft.

    I'm thinking about some different changes to it, maybe incorporating an ice block instead of the crystals... so keep in mind this isn't the finished product, just a work in progress.* I wanted you guys to have some input on it. If you want to be surprised, don't click the spoiler.

    You should have seen my first draft... the ice on his eyes really made him look mad. The shaking in the animated one is what sells the cold. I might have to add some "shaky" lines to him.

    So, playing around with GIMP (which I hate!), it seems if you give him a big grin and change the outline of his hood from red to white he looks better (and colder, of course! :D).

    I covered him in "snow", too. "Snow" equals crappy white scribbles. :D

    Seriously, the playing around I did looks like a child's scribbling, but it gave me a rough idea of what I think the pic needs.
