Anyone have some insight into the user titles? I see that as I am new it says "Insert Title Here" but I am not sure if I a supposed to put one in there somehow or if that is just what it says until I have some posts under my belt.

If the title is governed by the number of posts I would be interested to know the progression of the titles. I am always amused by them on other forums and am curious what all there is here. Just a for fun thing to satisfy my curiosity.

Well, I guess the first benchmark is 5 posts as the above just earned me the "vice president of the lather club"

The titles are tied to you post count and are stored in a secret location available only to a select few. Only ways to change the title are to keep posting, become a mod (see my title), or do something that earns a custom title (as determined by the mod team).

Actually Gary I can think of one of them that's a little off putting.

I've done very careful analysis of that video... at first I thought it was someone I knew. But, it turns out there's a Scotsman off camera warming up his bagpipe. "And now you know."
