**UPDATED** Razor Rack, Number 9

Happy Saturday From Florida!

So, here is my newest creation; another razor rack! The spoon rack just was not cutting it for me, so I can up with the idea of using peg board. SWMBO said it would look good in a frame. So off to the store we went. The frame came from Michael's. The peg board, paint, and hooks came from Lowes.


UPDATE: Due to popular demand, I have removed all the creams and straights and installed more razors. This represents about half of my inventory.

I really like how the DE and SE razors look in this. The scissor look good also. However, I don't like how the straights and tubes of cream look. Perhaps a different type of holder in the pegboard or storing the shave cream elsewhere would take this to a fantastic level.

 

Very nice, buddy! I like the look alot. Gold and the frame really class it up. But I agree with Erik about the look of the Straights and the cream... the DE's look perfect. Right at home.

 

I was thinking the same thing. Luckily they have a zillion different peg board accessories to choose from. Very clever.

Not bad though, not bad at all.

 

I agree with everyone else. Maybe some kind of hooks that the straights can sit on horizontally and baskets hooked on to store the creams. I would have never thought of something like this so props for creativity.

 

Keep the creams and straights in a drawer and get about 25 more de and se razors to fill it up.

Tell SWMBO that is the state quarter map for razors.

 

Take the DEs and SEs out and put the straights back in

It looks good, congrats

Excellent work. Reminds me of the comedian that put a whole pack of cigs in his mouth and lights them at the same time. Lets see a razor between each finger and thumb, and the resulting shave.

I like the idea. I just might steal it for my shave gear cabinet.
