I have your opinion about products BIC shaving. Apart from the fact that the BIC razors are among the worst, at least for me, in terms of shaving foam there is something good '! Sometimes I use these products, which have a good variety ', for all skin types. The blade runs very clear on the face, and cleans easily. Try the menthol gel, very nice! Try it! [IMG]

in my pre-DE days, I probably would've tried every one of those - if they were available anywhere near me, I've never seen Bic canned goo until now.

And as far as the razors - only one model has ever worked for me, and it worked (and still on occasion works) very well, the Bic Metal disposables.

There's a BIC brand DE blade out there that's quite good, too.

The pink ladies single blade disposable used to be my razor of choice for shower shaving. My wife uses them, and when my Mach3 kept shredding my face I tried hers.

I've never used any of their goo.

    BIC Products...

:confused:Since this is a BIC thread, hopefully this isn't too far off topic. I used to use the regular single edge BIC disposable shavers, the head was pronounced, the blade length slightly longer than the average disposable, and thought the blade was fairly sharp as well (for a disposable), but I just have to know, and hopefully someone can answer this is: beside the variance in color scheme of the handle, what in the world is the difference between the normal Bic Disposable Shaver and the Sensitive Skin Version. I've tried both, can't tell the difference. However, for some reason, almost everywhere in the area that I live in no longer sells the normal version. Everyone sells the Sensitive Skin Version. No exception. I thought I saw a pack of normal ones the other day, but I think I was hallucinating or dreaming because I can't remember where in the world it was where I saw them. If I ever use BICS I prefer the normal ones just due to the fact that the Sensitive Skin Versions just have too much Orange on them. I can't take all of that Orange in a single sighting, its just too much for my eyes. I like the color orange, my cell-phone has an orange casing, thats okay. But for a razor it just doesn't work for me, its a visual thing. But if anyone can tell me what the difference, besides color, is between the normal and the sensitive one that would be great as I have been wanting to know for years now. Took me a long time to just get used to the ribbing being introduced to the handle years ago. Now I'm used to it, actually like it, but I still have to have the normal white handled one with the small orange guard cap (that amount of Orange is just fine with me).

  11. I agree ... Mo father always uses the BIC to a knife, how can you 'do not know, and' a mystery! I never go down ', and frankly the latest products in terms of the bic razors, are not at all comparable with Gillette or Wilkinson! However the list of razors and BIC 'very long, strange right? line under the whole list BIC Shavers

In my opinion, I find the plastic Feather DE reminds me a lot of the plastic (and metal) single blade Bic disposable razors (i.e. hard to screw up or nick yourself)

  13. Beyond 'the effectiveness of its blades, the line BIC and' undoubtedly the most 'diverse in the world for models of blades ... [IMG]

I don't think you'll see the DE blades in an American store. The ones I used came from Greece.

BIC disposable razors are in every drugstore and shaving products aisle in my area.

Can't remember where I got the blades. It was either West Coast Shaving or ShoeBox ShaveShop.

I don't think there's a shaving isle any where near where I live that DOESN'T carry the disposable razors.

Not a fan of canned foams or gels here. They always dried out my face and gave me a cracked or chapped skin feeling. It's why I made the move to mug and brush shaving all those years ago. If it don't whip up in a bowl and slather on with a brush I don't touch it. ;)
