Shhhhh...you'll give the secret away. Oops too late. They already market it to people at twice the price.
I thought about that, but thought it was like rogaine that it only worked for people w/hairloss at the back of their head, not a receding hairline. Besides, I've heard of guys having a problem w/ED after long term use. ...I'd rather be bald than have that problem.
I actually used it for quite a while, and then for no reason just stopped taking it. Works for 9 out of 10 dudes I think (and not just the back) Had no problem with "ED" And, I did grow extra hair....but it gradually fell out when I stopped taking it. THAT I would say is the only drawback.
Genetics - they'll get you in the end I started going bald in my mid to late 20's. It's slightly devastating, but nothing you can't get over. I guess if you've got the funds you can try the drugs, or plugs, or "hair in a can". But, you know, apparently us baldies are testosterone - laden He-men. Also, you can get a lot of mileage out of it with nieces and nephews (mine all thought that my brain was so big it pushed my hair out at one point). The thing I love about it, though, is that I get to shave my head every day. In the space of one year I shave over twice as much as the "follically endowed". That's gotta be a good thing :happy088 James.
Yeah, I've heard the same thing about Rogaine. Soon as you quit using it, it all goes away pretty quick. I'll ask my doc about it, see what he says.
Conspiracy theorists would tell you that this is done by design. A drug or many drugs for every disease or fabricate a disease to fit a drug of choice. Don't cure anything. Manage it through drugs.
Once mine starts seriously vanishing, it's the brushcut or shaved look, depending on which makes me look less like Frakenstein's monster. Not really fond of the idea of taking bizarre chemicals and hormones on a regular basis. After all, we have McDonalds for that.
I can remember reading multiple times in the last couple years about studies showing green tea helping with hairloss. I payed attention because i drink a lot of green tea but not that much attention cause Im not losing my hair yet so i don't have details for you but it couldn't hurt to do some research
I've been losing my hair for around 10 years. Losing my hair is not a big deal for me. I just accept it as part of life, going bald is simply genetics at work. My wife doesn't have a problem with my hair loss, who else should I worry about caring about such a trivial item? Hair loss can be a difficult situation for some men, why else would products that claim to re-grow hair sell so well? Don't go for the comb-over or similar solutions. Besides being bald can save you a ton of money. Add up the amount that you'd spend on "treating" your diminishing hair over the course of 10 or 20 years. Just keep it short, and let nature take its course.
I think I had my last haircut a week ago. The receeding hairline and thinning scalp just scream "Kojak" to me... And I don't have a problem with it, but my wife is hesitant... EDIT: I need to add, I have scars down one side of the head after being run over by a drunk in a car when I was 4... they managed to stich the ear back, but it's slightly lower than the other side
I've been losing my hair since my very early 20's and shaving my head for about the last 15years. Anytime I let my hair grow more than 2 days my wife tells me to get in the bathroom and take care of it, she loves my bald head, she's actually never seen me with hair long enough to comb. It's easier for me to walk, less wind resistance.
Three options the way I see it. 1. Go Kojak as has been suggested. 2. Wear a syrup 3. Or the comb over. Check this guy out below. www.youtube.com/watch?v=uHm_1116f_Q
