My theory is: The Super Speed gets so many headlines because it was the most advertised Gillette razor of all time as well as one of the finest shavers ever, to back up all the attention...The reason the Krona languishes in obscurity isn't because of the SS, but because the Schick Injector was the most advertised Schick razor of all time as well as one of the finest shavers ever...So when people think of Schick they think of Injectors and when they think of vintage DE's they think of Gillette and then the one John Wayne used...LMAO...So blame the Injector for stealing the Krona's Thunder, not the Super Speed... And ..and maybe John Wayne or the World Series...Hell, or YOU, JEFF..:happy102...you've done more to populate the shaving community with Super Speeds than anyone I know...Your like the Don of the Super Speed Mafia with all the Super Speeds you've hooked people up with, and now they love them...:signs107 I know I love mine...

I decided to go 100% lavender, and it was very pleasant. Sadly, the Wesley & Scott balms are apparently not in production anymore but the lavender balm provided a very nice finish.
