Then it'll be on its way to JoeMal in Illinois. I'll follow up with pics soon...
  3. Good Deal! I am glad to see the box has kept moving!
  4. :D go box! :D
  5. Pictures!

This sucka is full! Even after what I took out, which wasn't much at all. I don't know how I'm going to get my contributions in the box but I'm going to try my best to get it all in there...

    What I took out...

I do brush restores and so I took out the brush because I've never seen one that has a magnet in the bottom of the handle. Very cool. I took the book because oddly, I've never read this book but have been wanting to forever. The pink Weishi was a removal for 2 reasons.. there's another one in the box so I took one to make some room in the box and my newly discovered niece wants to try wet shaving. I took 4 packs of the SuperMax blades to try since there's approximately 50 packs of those in the box. Guess no one likes them?

    What I'm putting in...

A sampling of blades including Feather, BIC, Israeli Personna, Wilkinson Sword and some vintage Gillette blades. 4 Gillette razors... 2 aluminum ball end techs, a black handle Super Speed and bakelite handle tech in original box. Also there's one of my favorite razors in there.. made by Merkur, branded WECK. There's a brush handle for someone more experience than I to try and restore.. really love the handle but it's beyond my pay grade in how to get a not into that full metal band. The wonderful Gillette book by Russell Adams.. if you collect or love history, this is a must have. The jacket is in rough shape but the book is fine. And some soaps including Van der Hagen Glycerin which is seemingly hard to find these days and a Wilkinson Sword Shave Stick.

Now to try and figure out how to get all of this in the box...
  6. That's some mighty fine stuff you're parting with-wow!! Two more till me!
  7. Sweet! Go Box!
  8. Those SuperMax blades are perfectly fine, Jeff bought them for me, but it was the SuperMax Super Platinum's that I was looking for. ;)
