Thanks, and yet another beauty today. I also have an SLR-Rebel, but don't get the quality you do. I guess it helps if you know what you're doing as well.
Saturday - it's the weekend! :happy069 Time for the SEs!! Prep: 30 minute marinade with TSD ISZ PSB, hone & strop str8, hot shower, soak brush Coffee: Home roasted, fresh ground Rwanda, BLACK Hone: Duro Strop: VB 2" Black latigo/line Soap: TSD Cedarwood Brush: Vulfix 404, The Grosvenor badger/boar mix Str8: Boker Steamship SS St. Louis, 3+ passes Post: Cold water rinse, RazoRock rub down, cold water splash, Brut ASB, Brut cologne 'Stache Wax: Firehouse Wacky Tacky Shave Rating: 5 Blades I don't get as close with the str8s as I do with my safety razors, but it sure is fun. That's why this is 5 blades and not 4. No blood is a good thing, too
Gillette Old Type BRW Improved handle Gillette 7 O'clock Super Stainless (Russian Green) Simpson Chubby 2 Best TOBS Avocado Alum Boosted Superior 70 Bay Rum After my first outing with the OCMM yesterday, I had to tone it down a bit today due to some left over irritation on the neck. I will revisit the OCMM in a day or two when my irritation is gone. Today was just another fantastic shave.

Saturday's nice no rushing, relaxing shave: Started off the morning with a great pot of coffee... and on to the shave Gillette New Fred's Store brand Personna VDH badger Pacific Shaving Co. Shave Cream Aqua Velva Splash Hazelwood Soap Co. ASL Mug Place Lather Bowl
So what happened to the coffee? You said you made a pot of coffee. That can't be coffee in the mug - it's not black. Just messin'. Love the pics!! :happy088
Well...maybe in a pinch I could. I think I could give up sugar first, but I really like a little cream (yes, cream not creamer).

The injectors have really shown me this week, that I really owe them a bit more attention than I had been giving them. Really good shavers. No weepers or irritation.
Thanks to Oberloser for the photography advice. My pic is better, but still not at your level. Ern 6/8 Boar Brush with Pink Handle Arko Stick Alum Block Lab Series AS Balm
No problem. He advised me to use a tripod and a LOT of light. Simple, but it made a huge difference. Today I used the sun, but I'll need to find an indoor light source. I know they make flash contraptions for my camera (Canon Rebel SLR) so that just may be my next project.
