Tuesday: Omega Wooden Handle Super Speed/7 AM day 3 Bozzano Sensitive SC Keri unscented moisturizer Diana Sport Menthol Balsam JHL Cologne Honestly, this Bozzano Sensitive cream is frigid and beautiful. I absolutely love it, because it also has great lather, and it also helps my skin a lot. The Diana Sport balsam is another potent face-freezer which I highly recommend.

Tuesday, August 02, 2011 Pre-shave soap: Musgo Real Glyce Lime Razor: Merkur 23C Blade: Astra Superior Platinum Brush: Omega 646232 "Vivaldi" Artificial Badger Soap: Speick Stick A/S: Dickinson's Witch Hazel, Speick Splash Both yesterday's shave (which I forgot to post) and today's shave were designed to help me choose which brush to take on an upcoming trip. I used an Omega Bambino boar brush with an Irisch Moos shave stick yesterday, which worked very well. The tiny, toy-like brush did a fine job. Today, I received an equally nice shave, but I prefer the added "scritch" of the boar brush for face lathering. Boar bristles take longer to dry than artificial badger; however, the boar brush is smaller than the artificial badger, which should decrease the drying time--I think that, with the assistance of the hair dryer in the hotel room, I will be able to dry the Bambino rather quickly. The Bambino will take up less room in my luggage, so it will get to travel with me this time. And I'll be taking a Tabac shave stick, just because I like Tabac! Oh, and the razor will be a 1954 Gillette Ball End Tech.

Bigelow, glycerin Brush: Frank Shaving Fine Badger Razor: Gem OCMM Blade: Walgreen's Gem (2), 2 passes Post: WH + alum spray, Aqua-Velva Ice Blue, hand strop blade Tuesday, August 2, 2011 Prep: Hot shower, hand strop blade, Noxema deep cleansing cream Lather: VDH puck, glycerin Brush: Frank Shaving Fine Badger Razor: Gem OCMM Blade: Walgreen's Gem (3), 2 passes Post: WH + alum, Aqua-Velva Ice Blue, hand strop blade This makes 3 shaves in a row with the OCMM and my neck is singing its praises. This is the best my neck has ever looked following a single shave, let alone 3 in a row. 2 passes with extremely minimal touch up (if any) has been the norm with this razor. Only had some weepers on my first go with it, since then it's been smooth driving. I can definitely understand how this razor might not be a daily for most people, but it is doing wonders for me.
