    This is grand.
I got a call back from the city about the problem yesterday. I'll just say the supervisor is no better at dealing with customers.

I had to call a few people yesterday to deal with problems, and the only one that was problematic was this one.

and don't feel good. I'd lose my lunch but I haven't had any.

That could be part of your problem, right there.

I hate dealing with bureaucrats, though. Hang in there.

Productive evening at the gym... Broke 200 lbs for a set of 10 on rows and was able to curl 100 lbs for a set of 10.

Followed that up with 20 minutes on the Summit trainer. All 3 are milestones for me.

I'm still a chubber, but I'm working on it and going to the gym keeps me from other destructive behavior.

Does anyone else find that when they're sitting up they are sleepy, but when they lay down they are wide awake? :think002:

Absolutely. I'm like one of those "sleepy" dolls, only with the eyes put in upside down. Stand me up, and they're closed, tilt me back and they open wide. I wonder if it has something to do with having low blood pressure.

Well, I'm glad I'm not alone.

I did manage to get like an hour or two of sleep.

I must say sleeping in places that are not you bed is mcuh better 8/10 times. However the 2 times it is tough to sleep / hurts.

I find my self sleeping in many different positions... stomach, side, sitting up and even... laying down on my back. I usually sleep on my stomach however i do change it up to however i find most comfortable at that given moment. Until 10 min later when i wake up and its not as comfy anymore.

Lately because the heat wave passed i have found my house to cold in the mornings... will have to adjust my thermostat when I get home.
