Damn fine shave. I usually shave at night and although I took the picture I was feeling very tired so decided to wait until morning. Its been a busy day but and I'm only just managing to post while eating lunch! Happy days!

Have a great weekend gentlemen, super shaves and photos everyone.

    Saturday - I shouldn't have, but I did anyway:

    Omega Wooden Handle
    Super Speed/Voskhod day 3
    Gada Cool Mint SC :love029::love029::Animatedfrozensmily::Animatedfrozensmily:
    Keri unscented moisturizer
Alt Innsbruck AS :love029::love029::smiley freezing::smiley freezing:

Today is Yom Kippur, and technically I should not have shaved until this evening, but I could not resist the temptation. My wife was angry with me for doing it, but now she is all calmed down. The Gada Cool Mint cream and the Alt Innsbruck aftershave provided great cooling which I'll need, because it's going to be very warm today. ;)

Me too Jeff, except for the wife part. Keep in mind the ultra religious don't shower or brush their teeth. I pardon thee, my fellow shaving boychic.

Johnny, my wife understood after I told her about the ultra-orthodox Hassidic sects. :) She knows that I cannot function properly without a morning shower and shave. Scott, I thank you also for your understanding, boychickel! :)

I'm also liking very much the Polo Original edt. Even my wife, who is very critical of my fragrances and aftershaves likes it on me. :)

    Aristocrat
    Voskhod (probably 4 or so...maybe 5)
    TGN Silvertip Badger
    AOS Preshave Oil
    Ingram Shave Cream
    Brut AS Balm

Really pleasant shave today. Haven't used the Aristocrat in a while - It's very mild but doesn't tug and feels real comfortable. DFS in 3 passes without a hint of (new) irritation. Haven't used Ingram in a while either, come to think about it. Didn't use much product and got plenty of cushy lather. Nice and protective too. All around great shave.

    Gillette Aristocrat
    Wilkinson Sword blade
    Elk Horn Silvertip brush
    Robert Becker Scuttle
    Tabac soap
    Alum block
    Old Spice a/s

    Clubman moustache wax
    Lucky Tiger moustache wax
    Firehouse Wacky Tacky moustache wax

Three passes, bbs. The Aristocrat continues to amaze me with its smoothness.
Tobac started out as an obnoxious scent when I first started using it some months back. Now it has grown on me and when this puck runs out I'll definitely buy more.

My wax regimen is unique to say the least. I think this is really the first time I've mentioned it.
I start out with Clubman, which is really soft and doesnt hold well( for me), but I use it to form my Stache.
Then the Lucky Tiger is just a tad stiffer. Firehouse is so stiff that I use a hairdryer to soften it. This sounds like alot of wax, but I use very little of each, just enough to brush through, and the hold is great. It stood up to this summers heatwave which topped out here at 118

    Saturday!

    Hot Shower
    Green Marvy Mug
    Sabi Badger
    Fitness Soap
    Lord L6
    Super Max Super Platinum (2)
    Cool Water Rinse
Hyatt Portico Citrus & Lavender Body Lotion

It feels good to be back amongst the living. We finished our last audit of the year with a favorable outcome, the EMA is a tough agency. No more 15 hours days for this chickie, at least for a week. ;) It was good to be able to just focus on the shave. This Fitness soap was outstanding. Great scent, lots of cushion and it didn't lose volume while sitting in the mug in the shower.

    Have a great weekend!

    • ABC Floral pattern
    • Green 7 O'clock
    • Dalan d'men SC
    • 24 mm super badger reknot
    • boosted Superior 70
Not the worst shave. Still need to use this razor more and figure out how to wield it optimally. DFS none-the-less though. 3/5 blades.

Have you tried making your own 'stache wax? Just bees wax and Vaseline melted together. What I made was a bit stiffer than the Firehouse Wacky Tacky. Holds great.

Congrats on the good news Rodd! That's wonderful to hear everything is fine!:bounce015:

    The Line-up:

Razor - Schick Injector (Type L - Thanks Bob!!:))
    Blade - Schick
    Brush - Penworks Finest
Cream - Israeli with Menthol (not too sure on the brand)
    ASB - Proraso White

First shave with an injector. Thank you VERY much Bob! It was so smooth and comfortable! I did a 3 pass and there was no irritation as the angle was so easy to find. To be honest though, I thought I was going to cut my hand when trying to inject the blade...it got stuck about halfway in. LOL! Thanks again Bob!
