Dale, I don't know if that pic is more funny or scary...:signs002:

CBC Radio is 75 years old! I'm rocking to music from the 1930's (10 essential Canadian songs for each decade, 1 decade per hour for 8 hours).

They waited that long? KMart/Walmart/Target have been blasting Christmas music since September.

    Ugh...

January 6th. Our families are helping us with the down payment and they have to wait until the new year.

Last night I downloaded the "Ultimate Lightsaber" app for my ATRIX. It is by far the best! You can have Star Wars themes blasting in the background as you have a lightsaber battle. If things get too boring in the office...I just might bust this one out! :yoda2 Last night when I downloaded it, I think my wife saw a new side of my geekiness...

I can't remember if that's the one I tried before or not, but whichever it was, it didn't work on my phone :(

Yesterday was long and busy. I had to go to the VA in Fayetteville for blood work and CT Scan of my back. The drive north of us is about an hour. The fall colors were much better then expected, we had a very hot and dry summer.
Today is another busy day of in town errands.
    Everyone have a great day.

Tomorrow is a BIG semi-annual antique fair. It is in a rented plane hanger downtown. I don't know if I will be able to go...because there is a mystery birthday party for my neice...that we haven't heard any confirmation of yet (I like my brother-in-law...he's nice when he wants to contact you or if your over...there just is no communication form him or his wife though).

Tomorrow I am putting an order for 2 tubs of Monsavon shave soap! (Just in case I like it...or want to give one away ;) ) I got the OK from my wife to buy some shave stuff...needless to say I am pretty excited about it!

I found out that my work is refusing to forward me an allowance to take my accounting program, that they want me to take. I can't afford it as I don't get paid enough. I found out loans are available from a specific bank...do I really want to dig deeper in debt? Personally this doesn't seem to be a pursuit of happiness in any degree...it just seem to be a pursuit of bankruptcy.:(

Saw the Pixies last night. Tonight I will see Dana Carvey.

Tomorrow is the true King of Rock n Roll - Chuck Berry.

Sometimes working at a theatre doesn't stink.

reminds me of that old joke about driving on parkways and parking on driveways. Yay Gallagher.

I'm jealous. Did the Pixies play their cover of "In Heaven" from Eraserhead?

No they didn't play that one. They played the Doolittle album and a bunch of same era B-Sides and random stuff.

    Lot's of songs I haven't heard before.

Here's a bad cell phone pic of Kim Deal and David Lovering.

I guess the issue if you can use this section of education to find a better job, then it might be worth it. However, if your employer truly wants YOU to have education to support their business enterprise, then they should pay for it.

Take care, and I would seek out someone who knows your business / industry and get some good counseling before making that decision.

Had somebody hijack my email account yesterday. Wiped it clean, to include all my contacts.
I found when I got a call from a friend who was making sure I wasn't in London with all my cash stolen!
Anybody else have this happen, or know someone it's happened to? How bad did it get?

Steve, that is going around as a major scam. My Yahoo account got hijacked that way, but it could not be wiped clean. A friend contacted me to check on my status as well.

You may want to try the first, I would be careful with the second if you are not knowledgeable on computer issues.
