The box arrived safely today! Everything was in good shape. I'll be making my choices and getting the box back on the way ASAP.

 

Can someone tell me how to have this Thread show up in my Watched Threads. The right hand alert indicates that this is a "Watched Forum" but it does not show up in my drop down nor my alerts? Doug

 

For those of us that keep going back to page 2 to find the list.

 

Doug - I am on via Tapatalk right now, but I am sure I remember seeing an area where you have to set an option to receive email alerts on watched threads.

 

I tried to add a watch with e-mail for this thread, but I keep ending up with some other thread being watched. strange....

OK it is working now. At least it claims to be working. At the top of the page there is a watch forum and watch thread link. Click on watch thread and then tell it to send e-mail. It should work. Hopefully the next change in the thread will send an e-mail.

Can everyone left on the list please commit to turning the box around much quicker than the current pace? I realize life gets in the way of our hobby sometimes, but to my estimation this is the slowest moving box yet!

Also, I would like to see someone else take over the box for 2012. Any takers?

 

I just updated my watched thread options to receive an email so I'll see if it works for me. Also, this will be another post to test if it works for you!

 

This is my first go on the box and with a new arrival (baby girl in March) in 2012 I think my hands are going to be full enough! Have a safe trip home and I hope the b'day went well!

e-mail just came in... about 10 minutes after a new post here. But it did work.

 

The emails are working for me. Did you try to unwatch the thread and then re-watch with the email button ticked?

 

it turns out they are working, but it is taking about 10 minutes before Gmail is delivering the message (and yes, I am refreshing....)
