Got a text from my dad last night just as I was going in to the church. He's having a lump removed from his right breast this Wednesday. He says 3 different doctors have checked him out and none of them think it is cancerous, but still, given the family history of cancer, it's a bit scary. He's had to have a melanoma removed from his ear already in the last couple of years.

 

You know, there are few things as gratifying as having others circumvent your advice only to find that there's been a total screw up.

Name = Fail
Device = Disappointment, if not Fail
Comments = Gold

 

No pain no gain...wasnt too bad.
Another extraction next Monday then I'm done for the year.
The nitrous helped, hoping the pain killers work tonight.

Benefits are replenished in January, I am at the limit for this year.
More dental work and new glasses in the new year.
Seems the older we get the more parts we need fixed or replaced

how on earth do you put all that money into product development and advertising and yet come up with such an unfortunate product name? I thought the comments were rather gentle- not at all as crude as I expected.

Serrated knives are known for being kind of stupid--they lack basic recognition skills.

We should make that a thing and start reviewing serrated knives on amazon...

Ha! Perfect! I'm trying to remember some thing that something similar happened to, was reviewed in all kinds of crazy ways, we probably discussed here somewhere, but I'm just not being able to recall it at the moment

Bruno (vintage scent) e-mailed me yesterday saying my SOC boar has been replaced, and that the new one was mailed a week ago.

The knot fell out of it and I wasn't able to repair it at all. So I mailed it to the Semogue factory to get fixed...I guess they couldn't.
