The Duck returns, again!
The 7O'Clock super platinum blue seems to have calmed down a little since yesterday. Not as rough a shave, and better results. This was a three pass, with some blade buffing on two spots on the jawline. This is a BBS shave for sure, even the wife commented on it this moring. So its a winner! She is even coming around to the proraso ASB, things are looking up for me. I got slightly better lather yesterday using the Omega boar than the simpsons Berkley 46 today, but I don't think it really effected anything. That soap is very nice and very chilly. This is also the second day of the ISZ splash, fantastic, great smell and really chilly. I stand by yesterdays statement of colder than osage rub or Alcolado Glacial, and the smell is much nicer.
This was a great start to a much needed Friday, have a great day.

Another frozen-face and wonderful shave this morning with the Palmolive Menthol/Osage Rub combination which works so well. I really enjoyed the shave, but it was a little too fast. Thank goodness the weekend is almost here, so I can slow down for tomorrow and Sunday!

I couldn't resist a shave this morning! When I use my little TGN I face lather...I am getting better at it, I tend to lather with the brush to dry though...but like I said it's getting better!

Yesterday's shave was so nice that I went for an encore!

The Omega 20107, a large brush, comparable to the 10049 Pro - another excellent performer!

 

It just might.

 

No kidding! Whenever I bring it out I ask myself: "Do I need to go to the Italian Market today?" I can assure you though, I still have just over 1/2 an inch left. So I will probably get a new one next week!
