1. Prep: Hot shower; Yardley bath bar
2. Coffee: Locally roasted, fresh ground Sumatran w/ cream
3. Lather: Speick cream - face lather
4. Brush: The Dridecker
5. Razor: Merkur Classic (33C)
6. Blade: Feather (4); 3 passes
7. Post: Cold water rinse; Osage Rub; Kiehl's Balm

While the Feather had a noticeable drop off after day 2 it's still performing well on day 4. Had a nice scrubby face lather from the Dridecker brush. I'm still really liking the Kiehl's balm.

Not bad. No blood, always a good thing.
Yup. Getting better lather with my badger brushes. Still not sold on face lathering, though.

 

Be careful with the old Lavanda's tubes, some people have found that the cream were not in good condition .

I chose my Lu Jin Badger to face lather RazoRock Cacao. After five days of face lathering I am getting good results. Really enjoy the face massage with the brush. Today's lather was superb.
Razor choice Conard Open Comb with a Lord Blade
Three passes then face rinsing. Afterwards I splashed Thayer's Witch Hazel, followed with Arko Aqua balm.
The judges:wave: a solid 10.

Was overall an excellent shave (from what I remember anyway ) A couple nicks on the neck, but the blade is holding out nicely.
