I'll post a better picture of the brush ... it's huge! I don't use it that often, I tend to lean more towards my boars.

Jeff acquired all the Lady Gillette Stars for me .. the light blue, dark blue, pink, and champagne. I haven't used them in months due to my love affair with the Lord L6.

    Finally Friday

Well I am off for the weekend and doing absolutely nothing but working around the place. Looking forward to a relaxing no rush weekend.

I had two days worth of stubble today and Slanty had a new Gillette Yellow. Sounds like a fair fight...not

    EBC Preshave
    Omega 10005
    MWF
    Merkur 37 C
    Gillette Yellow
    Witch hazel/Vitos post
    Pinaud Lime Sec

Slanty cut through the stubble as if it were a light sabre in 3D. With each pass, more and more filled the sink. I just love the noise of shaving, it is very meditative. When all was said and done, I was off to work, for a day that just ended. Still silky smooth ;)

    Until tomorrow,

It's almost embarrassing to describe today's shave. Had to complete it in a real hurry. Edge Gel and Gillette Fusion. Effective but no fun at all - like running at full speed to get through the Louvre.

Prep: Warm shower with Old Spice Fiji Body Wash
    Razor: Merkur 1904
    Blade: Lord Super Stainless (1)
    Cream: The Real Shaving Co.
    Brush: VDH Boar
AS: The Real Shaving Co. Soothing Balm

Only did a one pass this morning so I can shave again tonight and then have a cigar.:D Was not thrilled with the blade, hopefully it gets better on the next shave. The Post Shave Balm was a little pasty but I may have put to much on.

O yeah, I ditched that thing this morning. I more than likely will not purchase any of those unless they come in a sampler pack that I just can't pass up on.

OK. I'm going to hit this "Report" button below your post. I've never used it, but this seems like a good time. May the shave gods have mercy on your den.

Man, that's a pretty aggressive setting there. :scared001:I tend to dial my Slim on 4 for a blade I'd dial in on 5 for my Fat Boy...you be careful now, ya hear. ;)

Great shave today, weather very cold, but clear and bright perfect winter weather as far as i'm concerned, you can always wrap up and keep warm, if my old Fox Terrier was a little younger I would give him a long walk, but he's willing in mind, but about two miles is his physical limit these days, still he really enjoys it there were times in the past where he would walk 10 - 15 miles without even blinking a eye, old age catches up with us all.

Absolutely! As this is the soundtrack of the Tron Legacy movie, the tracks are shorter, and there's no lyrics. But hey, the tracks are great! :happy088:
I've got the movie as well on DVD. Great movie, though not as mindblowing as the first Tron movie in the eighties.
Someone has even made a real lightbike! Too bad it's too expensive for me (apart from sending it to The Netherlands :p )

Sharp enough to shave, you wouldn't expect anything less from a Japanese knife.;)
