Monday Gillette Black Handled SS Personna Lab Blue MWF The Colonel Proraso AS It was a wonderful shave this morning! The MWF was a bit hard to lather as it is two small pieces that are dried out. But I was able to get a slick enough lather to do the job. After the shave I forgot to do my cold water splash and applied the Proraso and I could feel the menthol kick! It was glorious! Today was a DFS!

Monday 20th February Hot Shower and Facial scrub with MWF Bath Soap Proraso Preshave Cream Feather Artist Club SS Semogue 1250 Boar Brush Mitchell's Woolfat Shaving Soap Alum Block followed by Truefitt & Hill Unscented ASB 4711 Cologne Kicked off the MWF week wit a '2 and a bit' pass BBS. Its MWF Time EBC preshave Vulfix 404 MWF Merkur 11 C Gillette Yellow Witch Hazel/Iced Neroli TSD Milk Pinaud Lime Sec After a nice MWF shave yesterday, I was ready. I enjoyed the day off, and took a piping hot shower. I followed up with a great shave. I let the EBC soak in extra long too. My Merkur 11 C was selected today and did a wonderful job. It really was a very nice and close shave that I thoroughly enjoyed. The MWF has it's on special mug which is seen in this pic below:
Thank you, though it's not mine... yet. I may buy it from the gentleman who is allowing me to test drive it. We'll see. The experience from the slant is further confirmation to me about blade stiffness theories that are floating around in my head.
