friday Well I started todays shave off with MWF but the lathered dried out quickly. So I switched out the MWF for the Proraso to finish my 2nd pass on the face. When I started the head shave I switched from the Fatboy to the Feather AS. Ended up with a DFS on both surfaces I'm tellin ya, I'm really starting to dig the Proraso white lately. Its quickly becoming my goto favorite soap. Running a VERY close 2nd is the green. The proraso and the Feather AS is my front line in whisker war far.
I know I had to give my other razors some Love. I do like the FaTip, it hits all of the great things I like in a razor. Aggressive but not as much as the R41. I get great Audio feedback like I do with the R41. I get 1 or 2 extra shaves per blade more than I would with the R41. I like the R41 but I find myself reaching for the FaTip. I am wondering if I should save up for a Joris?

I'm not possitive about this, but didn't Joris make the Fatip some years ago? There's no denying the Joris is one sweet looking razor. I heard they give a great shave as well. Gee, thanks for sparking yet another AD, just when I thought I had them somewhat under control.

Got some decent sleep and had a mid-morning shave. This was the first time I've paired the Crystal Blue and RR balm. I usually just use the RR by itself, but today the two together were great. Made me feel brand new. It's Friday, folks! Have a great weekend.

Tried a boar brush again & I just can't get on the piggy train. Great shave though!
Friday!! Muhle R106 Gillette Yellow The Colonel MWF Proraso AS Today's shave was great! The perfect way to start a snowy Friday. Unfortunately I could start running this morning...and a blizzard is hitting tomorrow. Anyway, the Gillette was really nice. It really is sharp! I suspect tomorrow's shave will be better with the blade being dulled down a bit. The new MWF lathered like a dream! I remember why I loved this soap...it is just so nice on the skin! The Proraso splash left my face feeling cool for a while! It seems I am feeling the menthol more and more with this one. I may have to look into a 400ml bottle. Needless to say it was a DFS, and if it wasn't for some reason...it sure was enjoyable!
