on the old software, the automatic titles were based on the number of posts. However, as post count doesn't show up as easily now, I haven't caught if that is still the case or at what number the auto title rolls to the next in the sequence. I see Well known members with both more and less posts than you. So..?
Well-known I think has something to do with # of likes you've received. I've seen some relatively new members have much lower posts than likes & are "well-known". Just a guess though.
I've seen 'new member', 'well-known member' and 'active member'. It wasn't until this thread spiked my curiosity that I even realized I'm none of the above- I'm not well-liked, I'm not active, and I'm apparently no longer even new. I. Just. Am. 'Member".
Yeah, only 6 likes (7 now) and less than 100 messages. Start posting in the SOTD thread and your "likes" will increase quickly.
