Anyone Do This?

How many of you have just spent a little time lathering up the old face with a nice badger brush just to experience the great varieties of creams and soaps you have in your stable of shaving goodies?

I have some soaps that smell so good that I will occasionally lather up my face without shaving, just to experience the aromas. Life is good...

I do sometimes. When I get a new soap or cream and don't want to wait until the next shave to try it out, I'll just make up some lather to give it a shot.

 

I play around with new soaps/creams in a bowl all the time.

I can honestly say that I have never lathered my face without the express intent of shaving it off afterwards. You guys are weird (but in a good way)

I frequently make lathers, for no other reason that to make lather ::

At least 5-7x per week

 

I usually don't put in on my face, although the thought has crossed my mind more than once. The few times I did lather up my face I couldn't resist and put a blade to it for a quickie two pass shave... that actually happened earlier this week :rofl

Most of the time I whip up a big lather just to play around with my brushes. The big Harvard and Shavemaster are great for this purpose.

 

I live alone so I don't have to worry about weird looks from anyone.

I have caught myself smelling them, but nothing so dramatic as making lather. Though I could... :rofl
