It was a very crazy week at work with the end of quarter. I swear the last week of every quarter must age me 2 months. But after signing on here today and finding out that I won two PIF, life does not get any better. This is the best place on the internet

 

A new week, a new chapter in our lives. How's yours reading?

 

mostly cruddy-ish.

On the good side: got my pool moved, ground raked and re-leveled, scrubbed and back in place. Got some mowing done.

On the crud side: While mowing, my new Sansa Clip + decided to take a crap. Displayed "Goodbye" for about 2 hours before the battery finally died. Now it won't come on. Tried all the soft reset steps, all kinds of combinations of buttons, times (15, 30, 45, and 60 seconds),...nothing. It didn't get wet, didn't get dropped or hit, just died.
Color me highly pissed off about it. Spend so long deliberating (wasting time actually, since I knew what I wanted, but wanted to make sure) and finally got it (after the debacle with the Clip Zip), and now...crap.

On the other crud side: watched a copperhead nearly tag my dad. Fortunately for dad, unfortunately for the snake - my dad's "tag" with the shovel didn't miss....

Ended the weekend on a good note though, with family over for some burger grillin'.

Still pissed about my music player.....this is Spring Break this week, I really really really need some tunes to go with all the work I have needing to be done this week.

My day's been great so far. It got off to a wonderful start with this bit of news . Thanks again for making it happen.

 

Having a great Monday so far. But I do tee off in one hour and five-teen minutes. Well, I am not good enough to get mad out there. So today should be great all the way around.

I didn't even realize the STM site was still going. Shows how much I pay attention to things.

 

Still going, but from what I read a bit earlier, Mrs. STM is only posting 3 or 4x / week.

 

yeup, just changed to a 3X weekly schedule
